Shipping Policies Outline
*FREE shipping on any order over $50.00! You are offered that option when you check out.
Orders are shipped USPS the day of....or the day after you place the order with rare exceptions.
Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States....excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping charges on all other destinations, we will bill you the actual fee charged by the carrier.
Some items may require a shipping charge and those will be listed in the product description along with the price that we charge to ship them. *This does not apply to SALE items*, this is currently impossible to "program into the item", so it will not show on any paperwork. We DO NOT charge you shipping on backordered items nor will we tack on a shipping charge if a backorder brings you below the $50.00 mark.
Shipping charges on a returned item(s) cannot be re-imbursed unless it is being returned due to a mistake on our part or the item(s) was defetive in some way. Please see our Return policy for more details.
Expedited shipping options are available. We exclusively use USPS.
Currently, we are drop shipping our items from a manufacturer located in Michigan. Please be aware that it may take a day or 2 to process your order. Once processed, your item will ship directly from them.
Washington state sales tax applies to orders shipped within the state of Washington. Outside the state, no tax is charged.

Almost all reasonable e-mails will be answered within 24 hours and most much more quickly than that! If you don't get a response, try again, we do not ignore or delete any e-mail from acustomer or potential customer. We may respond by referring you to this, or another policy or procedure page. We are not brushing you off...it's just that all of the information you need should be here on the website....somewhere.
